ازيكم يا حلوين

بعد ما عملنا مع بعض المنظم الخاص بينا (منظمي الأول)، حنتكلم في التدوينة دي عن طريقة تزيين المنظم ودي بالنسبه ليا احلى و امتع جزء في عالم المنظمات، لان زي ما كنا اتكلمنا قبل كده اول حاجه شدتني في العالم ده كانت شكل المنظمات الموجوده على الانترنت.

لما بزين المنظم بتاعي بحس اني عايزة افتحه كل شويه عشان اشوف الصور الجميله، وده كمان بيساعد على انى التزم بالخطط و المهام الموجوده فيه.

عشان ازين المنظم بتاعي جربت كذا طريقه، جربت washi tape (شريط لاصق ملون موجود في IKEA و المكتبات الكبيرة) وجربت stickers جاهزه و اكتر حاجه حبتها وطلعت زي ما انا عايزاها هيا الاستيكرز المعموله في البيت وده حيكون موضوع التدوينه دي.

جبت ورق لاصق (ستيكرز) وده جبته من المكتبه ومش غالي بيكون بمقاس A4 وفيه منه نوعين نوع فيه لمعه ونوع مطفي، انا جبت النوع المطفي وده شكله (مش لازم نفس الماركه بس الفكره في الحجم و انه يكون فيه لاصق).

بعد كده اخترت الصور والاشكال من الانترنت زي ما حبيت، حسب انتى حابه ايه مثلا صور شخصيه معينه او لون معين، كنت كل اسبوع اختار style معين مره مثلا hello kitty ومره اللون الوردى بدرجاته وهكذا.

بالنسبه لصور الشخصيات المعينه دى كنت بدور بأسم الشخصيه على الانترنت، ولو اخترت لون معين مثلا في اكتر من طريقه عشان ادور على صور ليه :

1. ممكن ادور باسم اللون نفسه.
2. او ادور على color background tumblr .
3. على Pinterest في اكتر من اختيار و اشكال كتير جدا، انا ديما بدور على FREE Planner Stickers و بلاقي اختيارات كتير جدا.
4. Pinterest كمان عليه ستيكرز بأشكال مختلفه للمهام المختلفه زي (غسيل الملابس ، التنظيف ، شرب الماء، الرياضه ،....). 

بعد ما بختار الصور بحطها على برنامج word و بظبط حجمها زي ما انا عايزة واطبعها على ورق sticker، بعد كده بقصها سواء بالمقص او الشفره.

علشان اظبط حجم الصوره على word بدوس right click على الصوره و بعدين size and position بعد كده بعدل الطول و العرض حسب ما انا محتاجه و عشان اعرف اعدلهم براحتي بشيل المارك من على look aspect ratio.

وبكده بيكون عندي ستيكرز جميله زي ما انا عايزه و على ذوقي.

التدوينه القادمه بأذن الله حنتكلم عن stick notes و paper clips.

How to decorate your planner

After doing my own planner in my last blog post (My first hand made planner), and as promised today we will talk about how I decorate my planner and how I make my own stickers.

As I said before what made me enter the planner community at first was the kawaii and gorgeous pictures I saw for planners on Instagram and Pinterest, decorating my planner is always my favorite part in the planning process, it makes me want to open my planner constantly and look at how gorgeous it is.

I have tried many ways in decorating my planner, I tried Washi tape, stickers from stores and home made ones, and my favorite was the ones I made at home, as I was able to do exactly what I like and want in both color and look.

I got a blank sticker paper and choose the pictures I want and that was it.

There is many sources for the pictures I use in my planner:

1. using search engine to find picture our character (kawaii,pink,pastle,etc) the choices are limitless.
2. searching for a color theme (mint background tumblr). 
3. Pinterest have a huge collection of free planner stickers just choose what you like.
4. there is also stickers for different tasks and to do on Pinterest.

After selecting my stickers and the theme I just add them to a word Doc. and adjust there size then I print them on my sticker paper and cut them.

To adjust the picture size on word you just need to right click on it and select size and position as below, then just adjust the size as you want, by removing the check mark on lock aspect ratio you can change the size freely.

This is how I get my gorgeous stickers for my planner, with my home made stickers I was able to make my planner personal and kawaii as I always wanted.

My first hand made planner

Hi every one.

Today as promised we will talk about my very first hand made planner.

I always wished for a pretty kawaii planner like the ones I always see on Pinterest and Instagram, that is why I chose a note book that I loved its cover and started working form there.

Before I started doing the actual planner I searched for inserts that I wanted to add to it.

I wanted my planner to have the following sections :

• monthly

• weekly

• wish list which had a list for home,movies and books to read

• expenses and financial

• thoughts and ideas

I searched online for monthly planner printable that displays on 2 pages and found tons of choices.

For the weekly section I did not find what I wanted (there where a few but they cost money) so I did my own, I used Microsoft word and did few of them (will add a link for them below).

for the other sections I got some from the internet and Pinterest and the rest I did my self using Microsoft word by using normal paper and adding some cute pictures to it.

I made dividers and tabs for each section using kawaii pictures.

I wanted my planner to have a front pocket like the ones online, so I made my own:

I chose a picture online and printed it then glued it to a hard paper and cut it as below (the black lines) then glued it to the front cover of my planner (the yellow lines for the glue places).

Finally, I used this video from You Tube to compile the planner.

It was so easy and fun to make my own planner as I want it.

منظمي الأول

أهلا بكم مرة اخرى ...

زي ما وعدتكم في التدوينة الماضية النهرده حنتكلم عن اول منظم عملته وطريقة صنعه.

كان نفسي جدا اعمل واحد حلو زي المنظمات الموجوده على الانترنت وعلشان كده اخترت كشكول سلك غلافه عجبني و قررت اظبطه.

و قبل ما ابدأ اشتغل على المنظم بدأت ادور الاول على مطبوعات جميلة و على اقسام انا حابه تكون في المنظم.

واخترت يكون فيه :

تقويم شهري فيه كل شهر على صفحتين علشان اكتب فيه المواعيد العامة زي (موعد طبيب ، فيلم حابه اشوفو ، ... )

تقويم اسبوعي واستخدامت الاسبوع على صفحتين علشان احط مواعيد كل يوم و حجات حابه اعملها الاسبوع ده.

قائمة رغباتي و دي قسمتها حاجات نفسي فيها لنفسي و حجات حابه اجيبها للبيت ، حطيت فيها كمان كتب و افلام نفسي اقراها و اشوفها.

قسم المصاريف و الميزانية الشهرية.

قسم لتدوين اي خواطر او افكار بالنسبة للاشغال اليدوية .

بالنسبة للقسم الشهري جبت التقويم بتاعه من على الانترنت ( دورت على monthly planner free printable  ) و فيه اشكال كتير جدا اختاري منها المناسب ليكي .

اما بقى الاسبوعي ملقتش حاجه عجبتني على الانترنت ( فيه بفلوس بس انا كنت عايزه حاجه بشكل معين واطبعها في البيت بنفسي ) فاستخدمت برنامج word و عملت اكتر من تصميم و طبعتهم بنفسي.

ححط لينك للتصاميم دي في اخر التدوينة لاي حد حابب يستخدمها.

باقي الاقسام ممكن تدوري على اشكال عاجباك على الانترنت زي ما عملت او تصممي الشكل زي ما تحبي انا كنت بختار صوره عاجباني و اعمل على word صفحه بسطور بس و ازينها بالصور ، وبردو حطيت لينك لحجات انا عملاها .

عملت كمان لكل قسم tag عشان اعرف اوصلو بسرعه بدل ما ادور عليه .

بالنسبة للمنظم بقى انا كنت حابه يكون فيه جيوب عشان احط فيها زينة و الاستيكرز فعملت جيوب في الجنب و الطريقة : 

اخترت تصميم عجبني من الانترنت و طبعته على ورقه عاديه و لزقتها على ورق مقوى و بعدين قصيت فيها جيوب بالشكل حبيته و لزقتها على الكشكول من جوه من زي في الصورة.

الاسود هو مكان قطع الجيوب و الاصفر مكان الصمغ .

اهم حاجه متقصش الجيوب للاخر عشان الورقه تبقى ماسكه نفسها .

لتجميع المنظم بقى ده فيديو بيوضح الطريقه بالظبط .

دي المطبوعات زي ما وعدتكم ، كلها انا مصمماها لمقاس ورق A5 و ده نص الورق العادي .

طبعا الاقسام و شكل المطبوعات بيعتمد على الذوق الشخصي اختاري حاجه بتحبيها و بسهوله و تكلفه قليله حيبقى عندك منظم جميل.

التزيين كنت بستخدم فيه ستيكرز انا طبعاها من الانترنت و حنتكلم عنها في تدوينه قادمة ان شاء الله .

كمان في تدوينة قادمه حنتكلم عن طريقه عمل ورق النوت ( sticky notes ) و طريقة عمل ( paper clips ) .

مدخل الى عالم المنظمات - Entering planners world

من فتره انتشر الكلام عن المنظمات ، و طبيعي يكون اول سؤال هو ايه المنظم و بنستخدمه في ايه ؟

المنظم (البلانر ، التقويم ، الاجندة ) كلها مسميات لشيء واحد هو اداه بنستخدمها عشان ننظم حياتنا وعشان ننتقل من انا عايزة اعمل الى انا حعمل في يوم كذا ، من الاخر البلانر وسيله عشان نوصل لتنظيم حياتنا و تحقيق اهدافنا .

بالنسبه ليا انا ابتديت اسمع عن المنظمات من Pinterest  و الانستجرام و بصراحه انبهرت بالاشكال وجمال الصور الى شوفتها ،
بعدها بدأت ادور على انواع المنظمات علشان اختار النوع المناسب ليا .

الانواع المختلفه للمنظمات هي :

الفايل و ده بيكون عبارة عن ملف فيه حلقات من الداخل و ميزته انه من السهل تغيير الاوراق الداخليه فيه .

و في نوع الدفتر السلك و ده بيكون زي الدفاتر السلك العاديه بس مطبوع بشكل المنظمات ( تقويم شهري و اسبوعي او يومي )

و في نوع اسمه الارك و ده عباره عن دفتر بس بيكون متماسك عن طريق حلقات اسمها الارك .

النوع الاخير اسمه Dori و ده عباره عن غلاف من الجلد ، البلاستك او القماش و توضع فيه مجموعه من الدفاتر الصغيرة .

كل الانواع السابقة في منها احجام مختلفه و اختيار الحجم المناسب بيكون حسب استخدامك الشخصي بمعنى المنظم حيكون استخدامه في المنزل بس ولا حيكون معاكي في كل مكان (عمل ، مدرسه ، جامعه ) .

عموما اكثر الاحجام انتشارا هي :
A4  و ده اكبر حجم و مناسب اكتر لتركه في البيت ، و لانه كبير فهو مناسب اكتر للناس التى لديها مهام كثيره .
A5 و ده بحجم نصف ال A4 و يعتبر الحجم المتوسط في عالم المنظمات .
A6 او يسمى البرسونال ده اصغر حجم و مناسب اكتر لحمله في الشنطه .


مش ضروري طبعا عشان يكون عندي منظم انه يكون ماركه او منظم جاهز انا عن نفسي حبيت ابدأ التجربه بمنظم مصنوع كله يدويا و علشان كده طبعا فكرت ايه البديل ، كل المنظمات هى عباره عن اوراق فيها تقويم سنوي ، شهري و اسبوعي او يومي و ده شيء ممكن عمله بسهوله في البيت ، و دي كانت النتيجه التى وصلتلها .

التدوين القادمه ان شاء الله نتكلم عن طريقة عمل المنظم من دفتر سلك عادي جدا و طريقة عمل المطبوعات الداخليه و ان شاء الله حضيف روابط لتحميل بعض المطبوعات المجانية التى صممتها انا .

Today I thought we can talk about planners , so what are planners ?

Planners a way that we use to get more organized and move from I want to do this to I will do this on this day.

For me I started learning about planners and the planner community from Pinterest and Instagram, I was so attracted to the lovely pictures I so and the  decorations ( I love kawaii and pastel things ) .

I started researching and learning about the different tips of planners so I can chose what ever sites me and my needs .

The different types of planners I found :

The ring type which have rings inside so we can move and replace the inserts as much as you like.

The type that looks like a normal notebook with spiral guard .

The arc system .

The Doiri which is available in leather, plastic and fabric .

Each type is available is different sizes you can chose from according to you needs :

A4 which is best if you have lots of plans and thing to go over with .

A5 and is the half of A4 size .

A6 type this is the smallest and it is perfect for carrying on with you. 

You do not have to get one of those fancy and expensive planners to enter the planning world, for me I decided to start with one that I made at home from scratch and it was so much fun doing and using it, all planners are the same from inside ( monthly , weekly, daily sections ) which can be made easily at home, and this was my result .

In my next blog post I will talk about making this planner at home and how you can have one for your self, I will include some FREE printable inserts too that I designed my self , see you soon .
